🔩 CA 20/TopLevel PROFI 220 G Levelling Compound 🔩

🌟 Key Features: This anhydrite-based leveling compound is characterized by very low shrinkage and excellent flow. Based on alpha hemihydrate, it creates an exceptionally smooth surface. Ideal for smoothing and leveling substrates, especially for anhydrite screeds, poured asphalt, and various floor underlays.

🛠 Application: Used in layers from 2 to 20 mm, this compound is an ideal solution as a leveling layer before laying parquet, PVC, linoleum, rubber, textile flooring, or ceramic cladding. It is resistant to chair wheel load and suitable for underfloor heating.

💧 Mixing: The compound requires thorough mixing with cold water until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. The optimal consistency is reached after about 4 minutes of mixing with a slow-speed mixer.

📦 Delivery Form: Available in 25 kg packages, sold on pallets of 42 units each.

⏳ Drying Time: Approximately 24-36 hours for a 3 mm layer, with additional drying time required for thicker layers.

🌡️ Application Conditions: The optimal application temperature ranges from +16°C to +22°C. Protect from sunlight and too rapid drying during bonding.

👷‍♂️ Technical Instructions: Recommended tools include a slow-rotating electric mixer, steel trowel, spatula, trowel, as well as large and small buckets. It's also important to use the appropriate primers for absorbent and non-absorbent substrates to ensure the best results.

🔍 Tips: The material is no longer usable once it begins to harden. Avoid adding foreign materials to maintain the product's properties. Protect from weather conditions during application.
