🔖 CA 85 Levelling and Repair Compound 🔖
🛠 Characteristics: CA 85 is a fast-drying, highly efficient levelling and repair compound. It is designed to bind without causing stress on the substrate, ensuring stability and an excellent fire response (Class A1 fl).
🧪 Composition: Made from calcium sulfate, this fine-grained compound is ideal for repair work, filling uneven surfaces and holes, especially in various types of screeds, including anhydrite and magnesium-based.
📐 Application: Suitable for both floors and walls, this product works well with dry screeds and gypsum building elements, and is resistant to the load of chair wheels and compatible with underfloor heating.
🎨 Consumption: The consumption rate is estimated at 1.5 kg/m² per millimeter of layer thickness.
🔧 Technical Instructions: Slow-rotating electric mixers are recommended for mixing. Apply up to 50 mm thickness per layer, with the option to add quartz sand for thicknesses above 10 mm.
🕒 Drying Time: The compound sets within 15-20 minutes, allowing for quick processing.
📦 Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from frost, for up to 365 days.
